Devonbosch Stellenbosch
March 14 @ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Lists
The provisional start list is now available. Any person who has registered after Thursday 10pm will not be on this list; do not email us about that. A few outstanding support tickets must still be worked in.
Please check your seeding and the number we have assigned to you. Those who had a 2025 number will find the same number being used, unless you emailed us, or unless you are Sub Nipper 7 or Sub Junior HS, as you all get new boards. If you need a new board then please come to registration on the day; we will not be processing any further number board requests from this point onwards.
Released: Friday, 13 March at 8:25pm

Number / Board
We are re-using the 2025 boards in 2026, so bring your old board along. Sub Nippers and those moving from primary to high school will be issued new boards irrespective (free of charge). The board must be used for all races in the 2026 series.
If you need a new board we will issue one free of charge per year. A fee will be charged for subsequent replacement board requests. If you had a 2025 board, and require a new once, fill in a request at Registration – Western Cape School Cycling – Support desk with the summary “New board” and share your name, date of birth and, if known, old board number, then we will have it ready for you on the day, reducing waiting time.
Parking
Parking will be made available in and around the Devonbosch office buildings. More information will be provided shortly.
Registration
There will be a registration point at the venue where Team Managers must collect their school’s number boards at least one hour prior to the start of racing. The number boards contain a timing chip with a rider’s details and cyclists may therefore not swop number boards! Should there be any children not represented by a Team Manager, they are to go to registration with a responsible adult. Registration opens at 7:30
Timing
An electronic timing system will be in use. Each number board has an embedded chip which the timing system will pick up. Participants are required to have their number boards attached to the front handlebars before the start of an event. No board, no time!
Please do not swap your timing board with another participant. Your personal information is stored on the timing system linked to the board you are issued with. The bike boards are to be kept for the entire series. If you lose your board between races, a new one can be purchased at registration at a cost of R100.
Online Registration
Entries are now closed. No late or on-the-day registration can be accommodated.
